Attorney Profile

Paul M. Ross graduated from Michigan State University in 1975 and Cooley Law School in 1979.  As a member in good standing of the Michigan State Bar since 1979, he has represented clients in many areas of law, with emphasis on helping the business owner achieve success, growth and prosperity. Many clients have been with the Firm for years and referrals are a large portion of the practice; referrals from both satisfied clients and other attorneys.

It has been a privilege to represent clients for over 30 years in state and federal courts and regulatory agencies throughout Michigan. This includes numerous administrative agencies that regulate a broad variety of matters like trucking, construction and builders, insurance, driver licenses, corporations and LLC's.  The Firm has been successful in handling matters before the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court.

Areas of experience include business law, real estate law, employment law, and insurance law. We have helped many businesses avoid the pitfalls that occur on the road to profit and success.

Paul M. Ross has been a member in good standing of the Michigan Bar Association for over 30 years.  Paul is a member of the Michigan State Bar sections on business law, real estate law and litigation.

Personal Profile

Paul M. Ross is actively involved in community and business organizations and takes seriously the responsibility to provide pro bono legal services to less fortunate members of the community.  Paul acts as a mentor to refugee families and has worked with Meals on Wheels for over 15 years.
